Vigilant led the renovation of the historic Grace Building on Water Street in St. John's, transforming it into a new community butcher shop. A designated municipal heritage property, the Grace Building sits at the corner of one of Canada's oldest commercial streets, a corridor that has been the commercial heart of St. John's since the 16th century. The project required careful navigation of the building's aged infrastructure, balancing the practical demands of a working retail space with the responsibility of preserving a landmark that matters to the city.
