Vigilant delivered full project management and architectural services for the Town of Mahone Bay's new 11,000 sq ft fire station. Peter Jackson served as Owner’s Architect, with Ian Duffett providing senior oversight. Working across two phases from Design-Build RFP through construction and close-out, Vigilant managed cost estimating, change orders, and schedule throughout. Environmental resilience was built into the project from the start. The facility achieves zero net runoff, functions as a community emergency shelter, and includes EV charging infrastructure. The result is a community facility built for today's needs and tomorrow's.
