Vigilant provided project management and advisory services for the Placentia Regional Wellness Centre, a community health and recreation facility serving the Town of Placentia and surrounding areas. Acting as Owner's Advisor, Vigilant worked closely with the design-builder through detailed design, construction, and close-out, keeping the project aligned with community goals and quality standards throughout.

The completed centre offers swimming pools, fitness spaces, multi-purpose rooms, and a walking track, designed to be inclusive and accessible to residents of all ages and abilities. The facility was delivered in accordance with LEED Silver principles and the Provincial Build Better Buildings Policy, reflecting a commitment to sustainable, community-focused design that serves Placentia well into the future.
